Imagine if: All humanity was but one soul
Everyone you ever met would have your soul, your spirit. Everyone who has ever lived, or will ever live, was and will be a metaphysical you. Think about it, all of history would be you interacting with yourself on every level. You would be responsible for all past atrocities; all glorious victories; all redeeming moments. Every murderer is you. Every lover is you. Every shopkeeper is you. Every baby is you. Every stranger is you. All of humanity is but one soul; a soul that has been in every past life, is in all current lives, and will be in all future lives. You are both the asshole and the guru, the scum and the friendly. But so am I.

Below is a take on the common word association theme. It is read by looking at to consecutive words as an association made by the author. The association ends when the original word is repeated. EX: Slender/delicate... delicate/thin...grass/blade...blade/slender...
Question: Is there anything to learn about oneself by examining one's associations, or are practices like this nothing more than artificial psychology?

Hello All! I have invited everyone here as a community project where hopefully we can encourage and share in each other's works. Perhaps it seems a bit pretentious, but my aim is for just the opposite. If anyone has any poems or short stories or one-acts they would like to share on this page (or Stephanie if you have digital pictures of your art, please feel free to upload them) I hope that you would consider sharing it with everyone. All I ask is that anything that is presented be an original work and that any non-fiction shorts be presented in a third person narration so that personal stories be kept to a minimum. Other than that, go for it! Realize, though, that whatever you post will be open to criticism. Realize also, though, that if it is good it will be open to accolades, hopefully. Thanks!
